We will be putting critical information at your fingertips before and after a disaster strikes any of our Charleston, Houston or New Orleans facilities. November 2009 NOCS is operating under normal operations with the Port of New Orleans' Alvar Street and Jourdan Road; NOCS West Gulf and Charleston facilities. NOCS's senior leadership is constantly monitoring reports from the national weather service which provides specific reports and projections for our industry.
